From the moment I entered this world, I was given the name Woods — a name that has shaped my path and deepened my lifelong connection to nature. Over the years, I’ve found healing, clarity, and a sense of belonging in wild places where growth happens from the roots up.

That same philosophy guides my work as a therapist.

While traditional talk therapy often takes a top-down approach — focusing on thoughts and behavior — it can sometimes feel like watering only the leaves of a tree and expecting it to flourish. In my practice, we go deeper.

I help clients reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and access the root causes of emotional pain that are often living below their consciousness.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, life transitions, grief, relationship wounds, parenting challenges, or simply seeking to feel more at home in your body, my goal is to create a grounded, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome — and where healing can unfold at your natural pace.
