My truest calling is to walk beside those facing life’s heaviest storms. For 17 years I have supported individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments—trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, foster care and adoption, the challenges of parenting, adjustments to motherhood, relationship wounds, terminal illnesses, and the loss of a loved one.

I too have faced several of these challenges and know how much it matters to have someone truly there with you in these challenging times.

My philosophy as a therapist is inspired by the healing wisdom of nature. As the natural world moves through seasons, so too do we move through periods of challenge, growth, and transformation. Just as the rings of a tree carry the imprint of each passing season, our painful experiences also become stored within.

Healing happens when we slow down, nourish, and reconnect with the innate wisdom of our bodies. Together we will attend to what you have been carrying, release the pain stored inside, and allow room for a greater sense of peace and ease to settle within.
