I earned my Master’s of Social Work from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2014 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri in 2017.

I bring a wide range of experience working with individuals, children, and families throughout the St. Louis area. My background includes inpatient and outpatient hospital social work, supporting individuals with terminal illnesses and their families, grief and loss, intimate partner violence services, crisis hotline intervention, in-home counseling services, facilitating parenting groups, counseling pregnant and postpartum women, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, attachment trauma, foster care and adoption, child welfare, working with LGBTQ+ youth, therapeutic parenting, attachment-focused family therapy, Brainspotting therapy, treating trauma and PTSD, nonprofit leadership, therapeutic program development, supervising a team of therapists, clinical supervision of LMSW’s, and private practice therapy.

Over the course of my career and training, I have worked at organizations such as Ronald McDonald House, HavenHouse St. Louis, Covering House, St. Louis Children’s Hospital Hematology/Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant Department, Safe Connections, Lutheran Family and Children’s Services, Foster and Adoptive Care Coalition, Ellie Mental Health, Ember Mental Wellness, Shriners Children’s Hospital, and in my private practice, Awakened Roots Therapy.
